Chloe Benz has a dual role as a Mortgage Broker and Office Manager at Unlocked Finance.

Chloe has been with Unlocked from startup and has helped direct the company to where it is today. Chloe’s mixed role is driven by her passion of the industry and the desire for excellent customer service and management. In a forever changing industry, it’s important to ensure that the team at Unlocked have all up to date lending knowledge and access all the cutting-edge technology that assists the mortgage and finance brokers to not only do their jobs but excel. Along with day to day management of the office, the accounts, Chloe also handles the marketing, community and brand development.

Chloe holds a Diploma of Business Management and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

Ryan has worked in the real estate and finance industries for over 8 years, starting as a real estate agent, owning and operating his own successful agency Asset One Realty. He later moved into the mortgage and finance space, 3 years ago. With Ryan’s knowledge of just how important the finance aspect of purchasing a home is, Ryan knew that by joining the Unlocked Team he could offer a wider range of lending solutions. Ryan works with the team of Credit Analysts at Unlocked to enhance his customers lending journey and offer a range of lending solutions from home loans to car loans and personal loans.

Tanya Cameron is Unlocked Finance’s Senior Credit Analyst. In this role her mission is to develop and support Unlocked Administration & Analytic Team to provide the best broker support services for Unlocked Finance Brokers. Tanya works with the broking team at Unlocked Finance and our Unlocked Credit Representatives. Tanya continually works with the team to provide brokers and clients with five-star support, so we at Unlocked can continue to provide our five-star service.

She comes to Unlocked Finance with over 25 years of banking experience, where she held multiple roles in lending with a core focus on home finance. Tanya has been the receiver of multiple banking awards such as Westpac’s Super Star and Local Hero.

If the years of Industry experience do not impress you Tanya also holds a Diploma of Financial Services and a Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.

Karla is a Credit Analysis, she works with clients usually at the initial process of their home loan lending process. Karla joined the Unlocked team in 2022 and is continuing to advance her career after working in retail banking at a local Toowoomba branch for over 7 years.  

Karla brings a wealth of professionalism, peak customer service skills and a paramount level of organisation.

Karla holds a cert II in business and Tier II in banking services and is currently continuing her studies part time to become a Mortgage Broker.
